A session still being written
A day can show a session you cannot open yet. There are three reasons for that, they look similar, and the screen tells you which one you are looking at.
A day can show a session you cannot open yet. There are three reasons for that, they look similar, and the screen tells you which one you are looking at.
The day, the type and the length are set, and the exercises are being written right now. The page says so, shows a progress bar and adds that it is usually ready within a couple of minutes. It fills in on its own.
While that is happening the session is inert. There is no start button and no row of chips, because moving or editing something mid-write would leave you with half a session. Wait it out.
This one is further out than about a week. Its day, type and length are chosen on purpose, and the exercises arrive nearer the time. The page tells you which day that will be.
A planned day is not inert. You can move it, copy it or delete it exactly as you would any other. Moving it closer brings its exercises forward too.
Something went wrong and the exercises never arrived. The day and the type are still set, and all your controls come back.
Ask your coach in chat to write it. Moving the session to another day does not: a move never rebuilds a session, so it lands on the new day still without exercises. It will not keep retrying on its own either, because a failure that keeps retrying quietly is worse than one that waits for you.
A session marked UNDER REVIEW is different again. The safety check was not happy with it, so a person looks before it reaches your plan. You do not need to do anything. If it is a change you asked for in chat, your coach messages you with the answer. If it is a day your coach was writing, it goes back to your coach once it has been looked at, and the exercises arrive within the hour.
Open the app, go to You, and tap the feedback row at the bottom. It reaches a person, not a queue. Or write to hello@smashcoach.app.
