No. It changes how your coach talks to you, not what it programs. The same plan, said differently.

It follows your phone, so the app goes dark when your phone does. Choose Dark or Light to override that.

Do these settings follow me to another device?

Yes. They are saved to your account and apply immediately everywhere you are signed in.

Encouraging. Positive and supportive, celebrates wins.
Neutral. Straight facts, minimal commentary.
