What we store about you
Your data exists to coach you and nothing else. Two screens in the app show you exactly what that means, and one of them lets you delete things one at a time.

You, then Settings, then Privacy and data. It is written in plain language rather than legal language and covers what is stored, how your coach uses it, what stays on your phone, who can see it, and what happens with payments.
The short version, in the app's own words: no ads, no selling, ever.

As you chat and train, your coach writes short private notes about your preferences and habits, and folds them into future plans. It does this quietly, so it is worth knowing where to look.
You, Settings, Collected personal data lists every one of them with the date it was noted. Tap the cross on any note to forget it, and your coach stops using it immediately.

Your training status, training balance and event confidence are calculated on your device from your own session history. Those numbers never leave it.
If you subscribe, the payment goes through Paddle, who are the seller on your invoice. Your card details go straight to them and never reach us.
The free trial takes no card, so if you never subscribe we never send Paddle anything about you at all.
We count which screens get used, never what you write. The switch on the Privacy and data screen turns that off for you, and it is enforced on our side rather than by your browser.
Open the app, go to You, and tap the feedback row at the bottom. It reaches a person, not a queue. Or write to hello@smashcoach.app.
