Invite friends: give a month, get a month

A friend who joins with your link or code gets a month of Pro free instead of two weeks. When they start paying, you get a month free too.

Inviting someone

  1. Open You, then Invite friends

    It sits near the bottom of You, under your training balance. Your code is at the top, made from your first name, such as SAM-7K. Tap it to copy it.

  2. Tap Share your invite link

    Your phone’s share sheet opens with the link and a line about Smash Coach. Or just tell a friend your code at the gym; they can type it.

A workout you share counts too. If someone saves a workout you shared and signs up from it, they get the month and you are their inviter.

When your month arrives

When your friend makes their first payment. Signing up and trying the month is not enough, so the months you earn are for friends who stay.

  • If you pay already, your next payment moves a month later, and nothing is charged for the month in between. Any discount you hold stays as it is.
  • If you do not, you get a month of Pro. If you are still in a trial, the month starts where your trial ends.

You get a notification and an email when it lands, with the date that changed. Invite friends shows the first names of friends who joined and the months you have earned.

The small print

  • Up to twelve months a year.
  • Only a new account counts, never your own, and never an account made again.
  • Your friend is told, before they sign up, that you will see their first name. You never see anything else about them.
  • If you post your code publicly, on Instagram for example, say that you get a free month for it.

Common questions

My friend joined but I have no free month yet.
Your month comes when they make their first payment, not when they sign up. Invite friends shows their first name as soon as they join, and the months earned once they pay.
I pay already. How do I get my month?
Your next payment moves a month later, and nothing is charged for the month in between. Any discount you already hold stays as it is.
Can my friend use my code after signing up?
No. The code has to be used when they create their account, through your link or by signing up from a workout you shared.
